chocolate & strawberry roll cake

 

this rolled cake was custom ordered to be made with less butter, and i made it totally butterless.

the cake's flavour is chocolate with strawberry jam filling.

topped with confectioner's sugar, chocolate ganache, and fresh strawberries.

this cake's recipe is different from my "thousand yolks" special roll cake.

she ordered lot of quiche lorraine, mini cupcakes (carrot cupcake with mixed topping, orange cream cheese and chocolate ganache, just simple decoration), and mini apple cheese tart.

strawberry & white chocolate mousse

made with real strawberries (pureed and sliced) and real whip cream, infused with white chocolate.
not so sweet, and even healthy :)
topped with strawberry puree and meringue.
